Floor Preparation to lounge, dining room and conservatory.

Conservatory was 15mm lower than dining room floor and all the areas had high moisture readings in the sub floor. We resolved this by building the conservatory floor up with latex screed and granite chippings. Another latex screed was then applied the following day in all areas. The day after this a liquid DPM was applied, then a final coat of latex screed before we laid the flooring.
